These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fornul.io application ("Application") provided by CyberLab Solutions ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1.1. By using the Application, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

2.1. To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Application

3.1. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. You may not:

a) Use the Application in any way that may disrupt, damage, or impair its functionality.

Content

4.2. By uploading or submitting content to the Application, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display such content in connection with the Application.

Termination

6.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application, in our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

7.2. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia

10.1. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Application are the property of the Company or their respective owners. You are not granted any right or license with respect to any of the aforementioned intellectual property.

User Conduct

11.1. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

a) Impersonating another person or entity.
b) Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
c) Uploading or sharing content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
d) Violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
